IWR1642BOOST: Unable to flash the .bin file to IWR1642BOOST EVM using UNIFLASH.

When flashing images on to our IWR devices, you must make sure that you have a jumper across SOP2. I would recommended powering off the device, placing the jumper across SOP2 and the powering up the device again. You should then be able to flash the image correctly. For the IWR1642, you only need to send the mmw_demo image as seen in your screenshots.

Also, make sure you have configured the COM port correctly in the "Settings & Utilities" section on the left-hand side. Open up Device Manager and find the XDS110 port that mentions UART in the description.
