My customer made two own AWR1243 boards. One works ok, but the other one failed.
For the failure one, it occasionally can work with crystal. Maybe one time one day. When the board doesn't work, customer found there is no 40Mhz clock from crystal, but chip ball B10 VBGAP has 0.9V. Is this normal?
Then customer changed the crystal to external clock source, but the board still failed to work ok.
Customer has detected the power rails and all are normal. What else may cause the problem? Any debug idea is welcome!
