CCS/AWR1443BOOST: Using SPI with AWR1443

Hi,

I've read that the AWR1443 BOOST only supports Mailbox interface and not SPI. I was hoping to be able to transfer raw positional data from the AWR1443 BOOST to the msp430 so it can use the data to stop a motor. This is all being used for collision detection. Is it possible to use SPI on the AWR1443?

Hello Saad,

The IWR1443 ( and AWR1443) has user programmable Cortex R4F processor which can be programmed to send data over the UART port.

We have TI-Design which sends positional data for first three objects over SPI interface and received by MSP430 EVM
