could you please advise if this is possible to initiate a single temperature measurement ?

how can this be initiated ? what are the exact register configuration for this ?
how can we now data is ready in order to read it ?
how can the TMP007 get into sleep mode? meaning - will not cause RFI, and will remember all register configuration , so that no need to spend time on register load.
could you please advise on the time it takes to go to sleep mode ?
could you please advise on the time it go out of sleep mode ?
