Hi there,

I was wondering when the small form factor variants of the PGA460-Q1, (PGA460Q1SFF-XF and PGA460Q1SFF-HB) will be available for purchase? I am already aware that the standalone IC and EVM's are already available to be purchased

Hi Erol,
These small form factor variants may not be available for sale anytime soon, but I do intend on releasing the Altium project files and output files so that users can have these modules fabricated and assembled. I am working with our web team on getting these files uploaded relatively soon; I can update you once they are available on the PGA460 page.
