Hi

i have the similar problem like blow:

but my  board combo is: AR1642EVM-011 +  AR1XXXEVM-012

and  i didn't find a solution in the contents of blow

    Hello Lin,

    In case of the post you have referred to the resolution was correct driver installation on the host PC.
    There was no issue with the board hardware or firmware.

    I believe at this point you have already tried different PCs and reinstallation of FTDI drivers.

    Please confirm and we can suggest option accordingly.
