Hello,

Please let me know the following specification of mmWave devices (AWR1243, AWR1443 and AWR1642).

1.What AEC-Q100 grade is applied for?
  I think there is some AEC-Q100 grade for operation temperature.

2.Please let me know the parameter of Ta (Thermal ambient).
  Only Tj is shown in datasheet.
  Should I calculate Ta by using Thermal Resistance Characteristics?

    Hello Nomo,
    The AEC Q 100 does not specify the operating temperature, that's a separate specification.
    The Ta will depend on the heat dissipation on the end product , based on any heat sink implementation etc. From just our device perspective you can calculate the Ta from the thermal resistance provided for our package.
