Do you have detailed land pattern for WSON-12 package?

Because WQFN type pattern is more detailed than WSON. (Via size, position and solder mask of pins)

I want land pattern like WQFN package showing.

If you use a different layout tool, then you can always refer to the dimensions and recommended land pattern shown in the Mechanical Data section on page 53 LDC1312 datasheet.
