AWR1243: Phase nosie at 1KHz, 10KHz, 100KHz for AWR1243/1642

Hi champion,
There is only phase noie @1MHz in AWR1243/1642 data sheet. Could you help to provide the value @1K, 10K, 100K for both 76-77 and 77-81GHz?

Hello Adam,
The PN @100Khz and 10Khz is typically around -74dBc/Hz. The PN is mostly flat below the 100Khz frequency.

What about AM noise and Phase Noise above 1 MHz - out to 15 MHz IF bandwidth?

Hello sam,
Beyond 1Mhz the phase noise has almost a 30dB/ decade kind of roll off. So a -94dBc/hz noise @1Mhz would lead to a roughly -124dBc/Hz noise at 10Mhz. You can accordingly compute at the in-between frequencies as well.
