whenever i am trying to load image it gives me an error,

i checked all the connection, and i deactivated the antivirous but all in vain,

please advice

Hello Sylvia,

I believe the Vital Signs Demo is only currently available on the xwr14xx.

Also, when loading images on the xwr16xx, you only need to load the .mss bin, not the .bss bin. Please follow the instructions in section 5 of this guide for flashing images onto the xwr16xx.
