Where can I find the AWR1642 Technical Reference manual??? Looks I can't find it in the downloaded design package.

If possible, could you provide AWR1243 Technical Reference manual as well?

Hello,
The AWR1642 device technical reference manual can be found under the "Technical documents" tab of the product page. Here is the direct link to it :

The AWR1243 is not a user programmable device, the only communication to it is via APIs over the SPI interface from the external processor to select the front end RF configurations. You can find the details of these APIs as part of the DFP package (www.ti.com/.../mmwave-dfp).
