I am adding the new HDC2010 to a prototype but cannot find DSBGA6 1.5mm x 1.5mm footprint information on the datasheet for my PCB layout.

Hi Andrew, That packaging /mechanical drawings information is missing due to a bug on the system. TI is working on updating it.

thank you for reporting this issue. We fixed it and updated the datasheet. The updated HDC2010 datasheet with the package footprints will be available from ti.com tomorrow.
