AFE4400: Where can I get the AFE400EVM Firmware V1.4?

When I download the zip file "AFE4400SPO2EVM Firmware Source v1.4 (Rev. A)" from the site and unzip the contents, the underlying firmware file says V1.3.

Hello,

Run the exe from the unzipped folder.
After you accept the software license agreement, the firmware source file will be located under C:\AFE4400EVMFWSRC-v1.4\AFE4400EVM_FW_SRC_v1.4_Release
