LM20: Does LM20BIM7XNOPB have barrier metal

Hi Ti team:

Our Japanese customer worry about our product don't have barrier metal ,so I want to know does our product always contain barrier metal?

If can't maker sure about that ,just need to know if LM20BIM7X/NOPB have barrier metal?
