Hello,
What is the relationship between minimum sampling frequency and bandwidth of TX signal(for example 4 GHz)/ relationship between target speed and beat frequency and IF signal?
Thanks and best regards,
Amin

Hi Amin,
We apologize for the late response. This thread did not have an mmWave device tag which is why it remained unassigned. Coming to your question, the mmWave-training-series videos explain the fundamental concepts behind mmWave FMCW Radar in great detail. You should be able to find these answers in the modules on Range and velocity estimation.
The maximum beat frequency is directly proportional to the maximum detection range and the IF bandwidth needs to be able to accommodate the maximum beat frequency. The bandwidth of the IF signal directly relates to your Sampling frequency and there are a couple of different options here: Complex 1x, Complex 2x or Real Sampling. Once you have gone through the range estimation video, please also look at the following thread to understand the difference in sampling modes as the sampling mode determines the sampling frequency needed for the IF bandwidth.
