As we know the L3 memory is 768KB,
Q:why in Mmw Demo Project the L3 memory is only defined 640KB?

Dear NanShan,
In Current EVMs which has pre-production Engineering samples, only 640KB is available in L3. 128KB is used for internal sub-systems.
In production samples, there would be complete 768KB L3 RAM as internal sub-systems would execute from ROM.

Hi NanShan,
As said in the device errata notice of the product (link), the device marking of pre-production components looks like XI1642 or XI1443. That of production components will be IWR1642 or IWR1443.
These devices correspond to silicon revisions that are also documented in this errata notice. You may also determine by software this silicon revision by looking at bit positions 3:0 of the memory location 0xFFFFE218.
