  • Hello Xue,

We have received your inquiry about the data streaming error with the OPT8241-CDK-EVM. The device apps team will get back to you with a response soon.
  • Hello Xue,

It seems FX2 (USB) is working, but TFC firmware failed to load.

First, please update to the latest Voxel Viewer (0.9.6). You can download it here: www.ti.com/.../sbac143.

Next, once connected to the CDK, please check if you query the TFC firmware version (if it can be loaded) by searching for 'minor' in the parameter dialog box.

If the above fails, try in Voxel Viewer 0.9.6, Files -> EEPROM Programmer, and select the latest TFC firmware (a *.tie file). The latest can be downloaded here:

    www.ti.com/.../sbac142

  • Hi Larry,

Thanks for the reply. I try the steps you suggest, but no luck getting it work.

When i search of "minor" in the parameters list, its value is 0. And then I try to update the firmware to 3.0 version, the following  is the message from the EEPROM programmer :

    EEPROM JEDEC ID = 0xef6013

    EEPROM Status = 0x0

    Done!

I believe the firmware is updated successfully, but the problem is not resolve.
