AWR1642BOOST: Help to connect the AWR1642BOOST to PC

I need your kind help with the EVM for the AWR1642 for my customer.

He tests now AWR1642BOOST EVM and installed SDK from ti.com. The software makes initialization of the board and stops to operate when receives data from the board.

Could you tell me, please, what customer has to check?

Unfortunately I don’t have the same board at my desk to make tests.

Probably a firmware on the board is old?

Hi Mike,

Please send the snapshot of the device manager to see if your EVM is enumerated properly.

Please refer to "3. 4. Running the Demos" in the MMWAVE-SDK User Guide .

You can follow the steps mentioned to run the mmWave Demo.

Have you followed steps from "3. 3. Loading images onto xWR14xx/xWR16xx EVM" in the mmwave-sdk user guide ?

Please use the mmwave-sdk user guide and follow all the steps mentioned in "3. Getting started" .

Thank you for help, I missed one step and download brakes. I have another question. Ti visualazer is not working. This snapshot I did after downloading parameters to the board.
