AWR1642BOOST: Radar Studio "Matlab Engine couldn't be Started"

Part Number: AWR1642BOOST

Hi, i've had no luck in getting the Matlab Engine to run by Radar Studio(Screen Shot attached as pic, error message copy pasted below

Here's my hardware configuration:

I have AWR1642BOOST, MMWAVE-DEVPACK, and TSW1400EVM connected together. BOOST and EVM powered by 5V external supply, all 3 boards connected by USB (detected ports/devices in device manager/Windows 10-FTDI driver successfully installed after disabling driver signature check in windows 10)

Here's my software configuration

(and yes i have followed the steps of copying manually some files from Radar Studio into HSDC Software folders as instructed in Radar Studio manual).

#1 I have installed Matlab Runtime 8.5.1

#2 I have updated the XDS driver with "ti_emupack_setup_7.0.48.0_win_32"

#3 Radar Studio version is v1.7.4.0, installed as part of dfp AFTER matlab engine and FTDI as prescribed

#4 HSDC Pro is v4.7

Yes basically Radar Studio can;'t load Matlab runtime. I even uninstalled my Matlab 2016a for just in case, still doesn't work!

Any pointers? Thanks you very much guys
