Thank you, forum people.

I'm trying to get a governmental certification for AWR1443BOOST.

In my country, we have to prove the second order spurious of the TX output is lower than -23dBc (-50uW).

But in the current datasheet of AWR1443, in the section "5.7 RF Specification", there is no information of TX spurious.

Will you please disclose some information on the TX spurious ?

Thank you Raghu.
But unfortunately, both threads include no information on TX second spurious output.
For us, AWR1443BOOST users, it's not easy to measure at somewhere around 150-160GHz.
(A test lab, where I sometimes go to measure mmwave, only has equipments up to 110GHz.)
I hope TI will soon disclose some measurement results to help our effort to get certification.

Hello,
The emission level would finally depend on the antenna used on the end product. But on the TI EVM the second harmonic emission levels are <-50dBm (peak). So that should be good enough to meet your -23dBc level.

Since this depends on the board and antenna we cannot really put this spec as part of the datasheet (which is IC specific). But we we will consider other possible ways of sharing this information.
