I went through the training video of capturing raw data using tsw 1400. I did exactly what was told in the video. But I couldnt see any data being captured by my tsw1400. While defining my dump file, I can see the error dialog saying "empty file"

It is quite not clear if you are following the procedure to setup TSW1400EVM as mentioned in the "RadarStudio_User's_Guide.pdf".
Have you followed below steps before opening the HSDC Pro
Next please open the "HSDC Pro" and then perform the steps for the frame config as below . You will need to set the # of frames to 100(it cannot be infinite)
Once you press "Setup TSW1400", the firmware download would happen on the TSW1400 and you will see the Interface Type : ADC_FIRMWARE. Also the data rate and the target frequency would be set.
Then when you press "TDW1400 ARM" and "Trigger Frame" you should see the ADC being captured in the HSDC Pro.
All this is with assumption that your TSW1400EVM is connected to the MMWAVE-DEVPACK as mentioned in the training Video and user guide.

I followed the sequence. I could see an error under the Output tab. I have already installed the Matlab Runtime.
