Part Number: TDC1000-GASEVM
My customer is experiencing an issue while evaluating the TDC1000-GASEVM.
When clicking 'start graph' the GUI will intermittently display the message 'Graph Read Timeout'. He isn't able to graph again after many attempts and is forced to disconnect and reconnect to resume functionality.
He is also having an issue when clicking 'Read All' in the TDC1000 tab. After uploading a config file with his expected register settings, this button returns unexpected register values that he's never previously used.
These two issues are happening with both of his GASEVM boards.
