IWR1443BOOST: IWR143BOOST Error appears on the RadarStudio

Part Number: IWR1443BOOST

On the Radar Studio, "Error" appears when "MODE2(Development)" is selected and clik the "set" button.
How do I erase this errors?

    I'd be happy to help you but I need more information from you at this time. Would you be able to post a screenshot of your error?

    Can you confirm that you see the appropriate COM Ports in the Windows Device Manager?

    The screenshot of error is as follows.

    I confirmed COM Ports.

    One of “AR-DEVPACK-EVM0-12” appears with a yellow label.

    I try to update the driver soft, I can’t install the driver soft of “AR-DEVPACK-EVM0-12” on the yellow label.

    Hello again Iwao,

    The “AR-DEVPACK-EVM0-12” device with the yellow label is going to be your problem. You are going to want to perform the following steps:

    - Right click “AR-DEVPACK-EVM0-12” with the yellow label, select "Update Driver Software," and then "Brows my computer for driver software."
    -Select the following directory: C:\ti\mmwave_dfp_00_07_00_04\rf_eval\ftdi

    The label should appear with the other 3 COM ports and you should be clear to use Radar Studio.
