Can FDC1004EVM be used to test sensors for moisture measurement of bulk materials in building industry? Idea is to use coplanar capacitive sensor and drive it with FDC1004EVM and then measure changes in capacitance due to change of dielectric constant of bulk material. Change of dielectric constant comes from change of water content of that bulk material. Is FDC1004EVM good choice for this application?
