AWR1642: How to get the chip Serial Number or the chip ID for AWR1642

I would like to know is there a way to get the Serial Number or chip ID by reading a register. If so, please provide the register name or register address. Thanks a lot.

Hi Naveen,

Yes, you are right. I'm looking for the unique ID per AWR1642 chip. For test purpose, I would like to put some device dependent configurations that may be different from device to device. So a unique ID will help me index the entry in the hash table. Many thanks.

Hi Jerry,

You may use the 128bit field stored at the below address locations to get a unique number/ID for the device:

Address of registers as seen from MSS: 0xFFFFE200, 0xFFFFE204, 0xFFFFE208, 0xFFFFE20C
