Yes, you are right. I'm looking for the unique ID per AWR1642 chip. For test purpose, I would like to put some device dependent configurations that may be different from device to device. So a unique ID will help me index the entry in the hash table. Many thanks.

You may use the 128bit field stored at the below address locations to get a unique number/ID for the device:
Address of registers as seen from MSS: 0xFFFFE200, 0xFFFFE204, 0xFFFFE208, 0xFFFFE20C
