Now I have one distanct measure requirement and spec is below.

1. measure distanct is 10cm ~100cm

2. Accuracy: 1cm

Please kindly provide TI sensor solution for reference.

    I would recommend the PGA460 instead of the PGA450. The PGA460 is superior in every aspect of performance (max single record range up to 11m instead of 7m), power consumption (offers 300uA low-power mode), size (TSSOP16 instead of TSSOP28), and cost ($1.65 instead of $2.60 at 1k units). Is there a reason you are considering the PGA450 specifically?

    For you transducer requirements, you can use some low-frequency (30-80kHZ) transducers in a mono-static transformer driver mode to achieve 10cm detection, but I recommend that you consider the high-freq transducer (180-480kHz) range. 1cm accuracy is possible with transducers in both frequency ranges, but the higher the frequency, the better the accuracy.

    The PGA460 can detect echoes as low as physically possible (not device limited, but transducer limited). If your range is 10~100cm, I recommend the following options:
    1) Mono-static high-freq transducer in transformer driver mode
    2) Mono-static high-frequency transducer in a bridge driver mode
    3) Bi-static low-frequency transducer in any driver mode

    I recommend that you look into the Massa 200639-501 (Model E-188/220) high freq transducer in either bridge or transformer mode. You can use the EVM's half-bridge driver for evaluation. Otherwise, you will need to order a high-freq transformer.
