Hi,

 I am using Ti 1243/1443-EVM REV-A without DEV pack and TSW1400 EVMs.

1) How to flash the AWR1243 using uniflash.

2) What are the binary's to flash to AWR1243 to get data over CSI-2

    Maruthi,

    A1: Please follow the instruction in the  MMWAVE-SDK USERGUIDE to flash the AWR1243BOOST. This is also answered in below post.

    A2: You can use the RadarStudio in the MMWAVE-DFP to configure the AWR1243BOOST to give the data over CSI-2.  

    What platform /FPGA design do you plan to have on the receiver side to receive the CSI-2 data from AWR1243 ?

    Raghu,

    We are trying to use existing mipi csi-2 to usb3.0 (cypress cx3) converter and read the raw data into PC.

    Q1) What are the binaries we need to flash if using the uniflash to get the data over csi-2.

    Q2) Is it possible to send the configuration parameters through serial port to awr1243 runtime without using radar studio.

    A1: MSS and RADARSS binaries to flash : $mmwave_sdk_01_00_00_05\mmwave_dfp_00_07_00_04\firmware\radarss\xwr12xx_xwr14xx_radarss.bin

    $mmwave_sdk_01_00_00_05\mmwave_dfp_00_07_00_04\firmware\masterss\xwr12xx_xwr14xx_masterss.bin

    $mmwave_sdk_01_00_00_05\mmwave_dfp_00_07_00_04\firmware\masterss\xwr12xx_memswap.bin

    Answered in below post 

    A2: For AWR1243 you can only use the RadarStudio and send the configuration to the device. Or you will need to use other host platform like TDA3x(D3 Engineering TI design Network) to send the command to AWR1243.
