AWR1443BOOST: AWRxxxx Indoor application

TI's website describes many indoor applications of the AWRxxxx/IWRxxxx family of products, however I don't see much information on creating a configuration which will work well indoors. I am currently testing an AWR1443BOOST module using the mmWave Demo Visualizer tool. I am not having much success identifying objects indoors. What changes to configuration can I make to decrease the amount of noise I am seeing?
