OPT8241-CDK-EVM: Hardware Stop Working

Hi. My OPT8241CDKEVM stop working when I running the handtracking app.  The blue indicate led isn't light anymore. After that, I pluged the OPT8241CDKEVM board to a windows PC. No TI device been found  In device manager. Any one know possible reasons? Thank you!

    OPT8241-CDK-EVM uses a Cypress FX2 microcontroller to convert DVP data to USB bulk endpoints. When working properly, it will enumerate as a TI device. If it enumerate as a Cypress device, that means the FX2 firmware is corrupted. If it does not enumerate at all your hardware is broken, probably caused by ESD, or broken trace/connector.

    I designed a TOF camera board. The hardware is the same as OPT8241-CDK-EVM. When plug it to windows PC. The board cannot be recognized. How can I program the EEPROM and Cypress FX2 microcontroller?
