Hi ,

I will start by making fix one point--> COM ports are well setted between mmWave visualizer and EVM indeed I have " HW connected"

Now , I use mmWave visualizer online by Chrome. All is ok except that when I do the configuaration and push send config to mmWave device nothing happen.Nothing written in the consol message. I rebooted the device many times but nothing.

Do you think I missing a step?

Do you think could help me use mmWave Demo visualizer offline on my laptop?

Hello Fabrizio,

Chrome is the recommended browser for the visualizer.

This happens to me sometimes and I am usually fine if I just close the visualizer tab and open up a new one. The TI Cloud Agent is pretty good at automatically detecting your device. What kind of message is the visualizer saying for the cloud agent (bottom left corner of the screen).

Hi Akash,

I tried before to do what you wrote me --> nothing change

The message says before TI Cloud Agent connected and after change with the message
COM4 ....... COM3 ; Hardaware connected. (but of course still the same issue mentioned above)

On MMWave SDK user guide I read about loaded the right demo binary ( 3.3 Running the Demos) by CCS and how to flash an image onto xWR16xx EVM, does it makes sense??

Fabrizio,

I had assumed you already flashed the firmware on to the device through the Uniflash software, is this correct?

If you haven't then this will surely be the source of your error. There is a guide to flashing the device through Uniflash here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Mmwave_uniflash_user_guide_v1.0.pdf
