I would like to know where can i acquire another lens to use with opt8241 and the TFC.

    Any lens compatible with 1/3" diagonal image format with ARC should work, at varying performance, depending on other parameters. See this video for some details.  As far as vendors goes you can contact AOET or Xiamen optical. But they may not sell single lens.  You might want to check other catalog lens vendors, like Edmund Scientific.

    and what about the holder, which one can i get ? I'm looking for a similar one, but can't find it, do you have any vendor suggestion?

    The holder is generally a M10 or M12 (must be compatible with the lens threading. It must enclose the entire sensor IC, and ideally keyed for proper centering. Same consideration also apply for housing part of a fixed focus lens. Most lens supplier will also supply the lens holder.
