AFE4900EVM: USB Driver not installed

I am having difficulties installing USB driver for AFE4900EVM on Windows 10 PC. I am at following step as per user guide on page 6. By default it appear as USB Serial Device and When I try to update driver from  C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\AFE4900 EVM\USB Driver, it says Best Driver for the Device already installed. 

 And because of that when I launch exe, I get AFE4900 EVM not Connected Error Message.

Could you please have someone help me with this ASAP?

    I was able to resolve the USB driver issue related to unsigned TI driver by disabling sign authentication on Windows 10.

    But, now I have issue with Firmware Upgrade..When I try to update Firmware: Help--> Firmware Upgrade--> Continue--> It loose communication with the device and the device stop appearing from device manager. So, no way to update the firmware as per the evaluation guide instructions.
