IWR1443BOOST: Tracking Technique used

Since 1443 can not be used for beamforming and has a binary phase shifter. I wanted to know which technique the radar uses to track multiple object?

Krutarth,

I am not entirely sure what you mean by the technique that the radar uses the track multiple objects. Our mmWave sensors have the ability to interpret and display multiple objects in its field of view both stationary and in motion. How our mmWave sensor interprets different objects depends on the CFAR setting that is used.

Hello Kyle,

My question was regarding tracking / detection of an object. For example in beam forming technique the antenna array is used to direct the beam to track an object. Since the IWR 1443 boost doesn’t support beam forming I wanted to know how does it track a particular object ?
