AWR1642BOOST: I found serial port is not stable.

When i use mmWave Demo Visualizer. 

1. Power up the awr1642 demo board , load and run problem through ccs.

2. Open mmWave Demo Visualizer. Choose option,  select the serial ports and press configure. Quite often nothing happens, i cannot find "waiting for data". Only Connected to TI Cloud Agent.

3. And when i do step 2 again. It said the serial port can not open.

4. Only restarting the windows may solve this problem. But I can debug only once. And than the com port failed to connect again.

What happens, Is there anything wrong with the steps?

    Hello ,

    Do you have the FTDI drivers installed for the device? What do you see in the device manager when you connect the AWR1642BOOST to the PC ?

    The issue could be because of not installing the FTDI drivers for the device. Please install the FTDI drivers that are available in the MMWAVE-DFP for the device.
