In the power configuration section, there is a 1-V internal LDO bypass mode for Vin_13RF1 and Vin_13RF2.
Can anyone explain it to me how to use them? and What is the benefit to use this LDO bapass mode?

The LDO bypass mode can be exercised using the APIs /radar command . Please refer to the Radar ICD(Interface control document) in the MMWAVE-DFP.
