IWR1642: secondary bootloader implement

The AR1xxx image creator user guide dispicts the image format used in bootloading from SFD flash, I have some puzzles as below

1.How does the secondary bootloader and the user application image is located on the SFD flash?

2.How to implent the secondary bootloader if another interface (ie,can interface) is used ?

I am wondering that the secondray bootloder is run in the rom afer reset is deasserted?

If 4 MetaImage1/2/3/4 is independent and my applition bin code is large than 512K, where to flash my image?
