can you confirm that J6 pin out shown in the IWR1443BOOST user guide is correct and the columns are not flipped?

You are correct, thank you for catching that! I can confirm that the Datasheet (IWR1443BOOST User's Guide) is incorrect but the diagram shown in the separate schematic file is correct.
