Hi,
We are using "LMT01QLPGQ1" Temperature sensor to integrate with cc2650 module
For that we made attached circuit diggram using npn Transistor in datasheet it is described that It will give number of pulses according to temperature but while we are watching on CRO it is giving very less number of pulses In 100 millisec

Hi Nikhil,

The circuitry looks good, which I had on my test board. The only thing that it could goes wrong is you have the Vp and Vn swapped. Could you please disconnect the VN_NOT from your cc2650 and connect it to oscillscope? Please provide me the scope photo once you have it captured.

Hi Nikhil,

The screen snapshot does not look like output waveform from LMT01. It should be continously output the pulse count. You need double check the LMT01 if you get the Vp and Vn correctly. Also, what is the NPN transistor you are using. I am using 2N3904.

We used BC847 npn transistor and with in that LOW pulse there is more number of pulses

Hi Nikhil,

I wasn't sure understanding your comment. The NPN transistor that you were using should be fine. Did you have a chance to verify if you have the pin reverse?
