AFE4403EVM: PORT is not recognized after install AFE4403 EVM GUI

Hello.
A few months ago, I bought AFE 4403 EVM from my company.

Now we are going to test, but after installing the EVM GUI, the USB recognition is not working. The board lights up blue, but it's not recognized by the PC.

PORT & LPT listed in the Forum will not display any information.

I've done it on Windows 10 PCs. I've done it on Windows 7.
They both have the same symptoms.

How do you think we should handle it?

    Hi YoungHyun ,

    If you haven't installed the USB driver previously, the EVM gets detected as "MSP430-USB example" under "Other- Devices" in Windows 7.
    Can you please check ( in windows 7) if this is the case? If this is true, you can follow the steps given in Section 3.3 "Installing the USB Drivers" of the user guide to install the required driver. After the driver installation, the EVM gets detected under "Ports (COM and LPT)".
