TDC1000: transmitter pin issue

Part Number: TDC1000

HI,

i am working on water flow meter so am using 1Mhz transducer Audio-well Transducer,This Transducer needs 3V to 5V peak to peak voltage but am getting only 750mV at the TX pin of TDC-1000. what would be the problem or how can i boost voltage level in TDC1000 TXpin.

  • Hello Rashmi,

My apologies for the delayed response. Most of our engineers are on holiday currently. Please reference the TDC1000-GASEVM, which supports higher voltages: www.ti.com/.../tdc1000-gasevm

You'll be able to find the schematics and configuration from that page.

    Best regards,
    Blair
  • Hello,

still my issue has not been resolved that am not getting transmitter signal of 5v across the transmitter pin please suggest me what wold be the problem i have done connections as per the gas_evm circuit still am not getting and one thing i noticed in gas evm is they have used BSTEVM circuit to get the high peak to peak voltage should i use that circuit for flow meter also...?

    Regards
