IWR1443: mmWave Online Demo Visualizer Not Responding

Hi Team,

My customer has started to work with IWR1443BOOST for their new device, after several of tests the online mmWave Demo has stop to responde (https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWave_Demo_Visualizer/

After successful reflashing the device with the new SDK (xwr14xx_mmw_demo_mss.bin and xwr12xx_xwr14xx_radarss.bin), the problem still exists.

The phenomenon is the device appears to be connected, but there is no responses on the online page (I've checked the ports they were correct).

No matter if I'm pressed on any of the buttons, there seems to be no response.

Appreciate if you could advise what could be the problem, thanks in advance.

Hello Shai,

Can you confirm what version of the SDK you are using? We will have to run some tests and should have an answer for you sometime this week.

Hello Shai,

In order to understand the cause better.
Can you please provide the following information:

Snapshot of the Config tab of gui just before "Send Config to MMwave Device" is hit.
Snapshot/copy of Console messages just before "Send Config to MMwave Device" is hit.

This will allow us to know what configuration was sent to device and which config command error'ed out.

Please make sure correct device type is selected from the mmWave Visualiser Gui's Configure tab as below:
Platform = xWR14xx for IWR1443 device.

Not yet, the customer was busy on another project.
but as far as I call the Console messages was empty (before and after hitting the "Send Config to MMwave Device" button).

We solved this issue , the problem cause by the mis-function of the chrome web browser.
