IVC102: Regarding capacitive load, OFF resistance and protection diodes of IVC102U

Part Number: IVC102

Hello everyone,

Greetings for the day

I am using IVC102U for the sensing the current (10 nA to 10 uA, Pulse width: 2 ms, pulse repetition rate: 1 Hz) in our H- ion beam instrumentation. I have following queries regarding the IC which are given as follows:-

  1. The limit of its capacitive load which it can drive for 10 V swing?  I want to use an external capacitor (2.2 nF) at the feedback for the above mentioned current signal sensing. Is it Ok?
  2. The OFF resistance of HOLD and RESET Switches at DC.
  3. I want to design an external protection circuit to my electronics which have IVC 102U just at its input side, so I want to know the placement of on-chip input protection diodes in IC. Whether they are placed just before the HOLD switch or after it. please share its circuit schematic if possible.

Please resolve my above mentioned queries as soon as possible

Thanks
