CCS/IWR1642: the FLASH for IWR1642

Hi all,

I have a question, the flash of the development board is out of date, then our new board replaces the CYPRESS S25FL0 series SPI FLASH (Model: S25FL064L) .
But the flash can not connect .
How to set it?
If we can not replace FLASH, what should I do with the new board?
Is there any other applicable FLASH?

    I've asked a colleague about this and I will let you know what he says.

    Until then I'd recommend looking at pages 5 and 6 of the mmWave DFP Release Notes for more information about the external Flash.

    The following are confirmed compatible with IWR1642:

    • MX25U1633FZNQ - 16Mb, 1.65V - 2.0V, WSoN(6x5mm), -40 to +125 Degree Celsius
    • MX25V1635FZNQ - 16Mb, 2.30V - 3.6V, WSoN(6x5mm), -40 to +125 Degree Celsius
    • MX25V8035FM1Q - 8Mb / 2.30V - 3.60V / Quad SPI (104MHz) / 8 SoP / -40°C to 125°C
