In order to get started, you can refer to the demo use cases in Processor SDK Radar. You can download this from www.ti.com/.../processor-sdk-radar.

You can start by referring to PROCESSOR_SDK_RADAR_XX_XX_XX\vision_sdk\docs\Radar\ProcessorSDKRadar_UserGuide.pdf to have a look at the hardware setup, software build sequence and how to run these demo use cases.
