TI mmwave radar product

There was an article published in Electronic Design on May 18th 2017: "Low-Cost Single Chip Drives Radar Array". This article included
a picture of a packaged radar product, by file name "TI mmwave Fig 3_1". Please see attached.

My question: is this module for sale, from TI or from someone else?

Hi Tom, I believe that's a D3 Engineering product (they're based in Rochester, NY, USA).

Hi, Tom,

I'm glad to know that you are working on liquid level measurement as well! I've just ordered the IWM1642BOOST and the one made by D3 looks really thrilling, specifically the antenna.

Well, I knew about D3 Engineering, they do have cute modules.
But I would like to know if there are other similar modules commercially available. Appreciate any input, thanks.
