What was the resolution to Vlad Lirtsmans post entitled:

Hi Jim, in my case it was hardware problem with a board. Try also carefully check all connector connections. Sincerely, Vlad.

Hello Jim,

Could you share the screenshots of the issue that you are facing with AWR1642 + TSW1400EVM ?
Also please confirm the firmware you ave flashed in the AWR1642BOOST .

I am able to get it to work now. The software still exhibits this behavior but I can usually get past it by rebooting and/or plug/unplug the USB cable when RadarStudio gets stuck. Is this an artifact of running under Windows 10 ? The HSDC Pro software and RadarStudio seem very fragile under Windows 10.

Hello Jim,
What resolved your issue ? Did you miss any step in the user guide or was it the basic HW setup ?

We use the RadarStudio and HSDC pro software in Windows 10 environment and it seems quite stable.
