HDC1010: Key mark for PCB assembly

Hello!

I got 5 samples of HDC1010, and i can not find any mark (dot or other) on the surfaces of them. How can i determine the right side of the chip for mounting on PCB?

HI Rustem,

Please refer to page package outline of the HDC1010 data sheet. The first drawing shows top view and A1 is upper left corner.

How this mark looks like? I can not see it even in x500 microscope.
