AWR1642: How much time it will take , to send the 60 CAN frames in 500kbps for for AWR1642 mmwave-sdk with classic CAN

Hi ,

Need to know how much time it will take to send 60 CAN frames in 500kbps & 1mbps  for AWR1642 mmwave-sdk.

with classic CAN & CAN fd.

    Hello Sagar,

    Typically, at 500kbps it will approximately take about 136us(microseconds) per message and at 1Mbps its about 108us per message . So for 60 messages it would be 8.22ms(136u * 60) and 6.48ms(108u *60) respectively.

    In addition to this you can consider some software delays and propagation delays.

    This is same for classic CAN and CANFD.
