AWR1443BOOST: SDK platform not matching that reported by target

After a few weeks delay I tried to restart the AWR1443 Boost. I updated the software (I think) but get the following on the demo display "SDK platform not matching that reported by target". I am not sure what the next steps are needed for recovery. Would you please advise?

Hi

The SDK supports several platforms. Maybe there is a mismatch.

Please try again to flash the demo by following the steps in the SDK UG

Help! We cannot find the proper software to make the AWR1443 work at all. There is no clear path to recovery for this product. It used to work! Is there a standalone demo that would make it work. The online services have had no effect. THIS IS BUSTED! HELP!

I think I have updated the SDK and have tried to update the firmware, but I cannot get the serial like up to the 900K level on the device page. Does this happen from your code? Please respond or call 760-402-3793

We gave up on the first PC, did a new install on a second machine and did the clone standalone from the help menu. It worked perfectly the first time. You guys really need to condense and more carefully specify your processes.
