The (3) Tx outputs, you can select based on your layout needs. The (4) Rx inputs you can select based on your layout needs. You may consider that for Grounded Coplanar Waveguide, stripline antenna extensions, and antenna, a specific Tx and Rx better fit your antenna / coupler placement.
We do not provide an HFSS model, we have the 50 ohm RF specifications, in the datasheet, the antenna simulation document, from the EVM antenna, the hardware design and manufacturing documents.
